I just learned that Winnie Bates of Clearmount passed away about a month ago.
She was a great lady and ALWAYS ready to help out and give advice.
She'll be missed.
 
As an additional note, Craft, Inc. has purchased Clearmount and will be marketing the product in the future.

They're still assimilating things, but I wish them well in the new endeavor.
 
I'm REALLY sorry to hear this. Winnie was always so friendly, and I always made a point to visit her at the regional and national trade shows.

Craft, Inc is a fine company, too, and will represent her product(s) with class.

This is truly sad news

Winnie called me after the flood here in 2012 to make sure I knew Clearmount would do what it took to see me thru the trauma.

she sent me all the chopsaw replacement pieces I needed to get up and running again

we had great conversations. I will miss her terribly :((
