That statistic includes members, non members, guests, and search engines.

This week has been one of the busiest in PPFA Corner's history. A lot of people were saying great things about the forum at the recent trade show in Las Vegas, and many have been signing on to check it out for the first time.

Now that the ball is rolling, let's hope the momentum continues.

So far, the quality of discussions on this forum has been excellent. (especially in the Framing Questions section) There have been no fights or political agenda topics on the system. I think the fact that it is for PPFA members only really raises the bar.

PS: You are one of the best contributors, with over 400 posts!

Thanks Mike,
I wouldn't call myself one of the best. More one of the most prolific writers on FC.
To date, Mike has 1169, Cliff has 769, Greg 676 and Jim 511 posts, so I must be 5th on the list of prolific writers. At least I am not number two, otherwise someone may accuse me of writing a lot of nonsense just to be on top. Being number five is fine for me. I enjoy going to FC every day and seeing what others are writing about pictureframing.

I am on during breakfast, then when I open the shop and switch on the computer, during the day when I have coffee I check and in the afternoon I tend to read the last incoming posts, as most users in the US have gone to bed by that time.
Methinks that the busiest time at FC is when I am asleep so after midnight. This is the time, when framers in the US finish for the day and have time to sit and relax after a hard day's work framing.

I wouldn't mind having a group of framers on this forum, who like to discuss politics.
Some of the topics that I am interested in are (hold onto your seats)
-Should Canada, or at least New Brunswick and Nova Scotia where English is the main language, become part of the United States? Why is Canada is separate country?
- Should all placenames in the US be changed to native American names?
- Should the US actively encourage a change of government in Cuba? After all, who is there to stop them and the people of Cuba will be better off.

Well to be fair... Our post counts are high because of the amount of communications we have to do with each other, to maintain the forum. The people you listed are all moderators.

Mike

I would hope that people avoid topics that make people fight, such as religion or politics. I wasn't trying to encourage either, but mentioned simply that people here have stayed on topic and kept with issues that we share as framing professionals. On some other forums, this hasn't always been the case. (which caused arguments and people left)

We have a good thing here.

DAVE LANTRIP:
No, no politics please. No. Absolutely not. I hope the moderators feel the same way.
