The Frame Specialties 25th Anniversary/Indiana PPFA event last weekend was very successful. The Sheraton Hotel was a fine venue, the food was great, the suppliers offered excellent deals, and the framers went home with their vehicles full of goodies.

Thanks to all who attended. We enjoyed seeing friends from all around the region, including Mike and Letha Drury from Kentucky, and it was especially good of Jini Lumsden to drive all the way from the 'deep south' to join the fun. She gets the prize for longest distance traveled!

Kudos to the Frame Specialties staff for organizing the event, which was even better than the recent Open House they sponsored in Novi, Michigan.

Ditto Jim.

The best prize for a framer "groupie" like me was that Jim's instructional glass box enclosures class and Bonnie's hands-on creative design class were FREE!! Well worth my ten hour drive north! I do have sisters in that area, so i planned my trip to include the Frame Specalties event with some rare family time.

Honestly, the opportunity to have face to face conversations with professional custom framers is always rewarding. I made a few new framer friends while I learned new ways to make profitable design choices from the materials we often call "SCRAP".
