WCAF Expo Announces Dates for 2025

The WCAF Expo is pleased to announce new dates for its upcoming 2025 event. The trade show will take place on Saturday, January 25, and Sunday, January 26, 2025. The conference will begin one day earlier on Friday, January 24, 2025.

This two-day trade show and three-day conference ensures attendees have ample time to shop the trade show floor, participate in conference sessions, and connect with industry peers.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the host hotel, the Horseshoe Las Vegas, at a reduced rate of $118 per night plus tax and resort fee, including weekend nights. WCAF Expo guests will also receive a special discounted resort fee of $20 per night, regularly $39.95. Discounted rates will also be offered at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, which is connected to the Horseshoe.

Hi Mark,
You can register online up until about a week before the event. Then you can register at the event.
The only thing will be the closer you get to the event the more classes will fill up. There are many other things to see and a great trade show to attend but if you have specific classes they may be full.
